1. Free Trial

All new Replimik accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start your trial. If you are not satisfied during the trial period, simply do not subscribe — you will not be charged.

2. Subscription Payments

Replimik operates on a monthly subscription model. Payments are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Replimik to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the availability of a free trial period, Replimik does not offer refunds for subscription payments already made, except in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: If a confirmed technical issue on our end prevented you from using the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
• Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
• Legal requirement: Where required by applicable law, we will provide refunds as mandated.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your Replimik subscription at any time through your account dashboard under the Billing tab. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing period
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the circumstances described above, please contact us within 7 days of the charge:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving payment issues fairly and quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email and will apply to future charges only, not retroactively.
