Replimik offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

Replimik integrates with WhatsApp via Twilio and Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Your use of WhatsApp through our Service is also subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Meta's Business Policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with these policies.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers before collecting or processing their personal data through our Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Replimik and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information. We retain ownership of all platform technology and features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replimik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
